zoobe is a messaging service that allows you to voice an animated character. From your voice or text message and your chosen character we generate a personal animation clip within seconds which you can send to your friends or post on your wall. How can I create a message?At “New Message” you can find several characters and situations for sending your message. Just choose your favourite by pushing the huge red “start”-button. Step 1 - Customize: Now you can see the character who will speak with your voice. You would prefer another one? Just click on the cube on the left side and a new zoobe world will appear. Are you ready to start recording? Push the right-arrow-button and go on! Step 2 - Record: What kind of message do you want to send? Choose record if you want to create a really personal message by recording your voice, send pre-recorded messages if you are still a bit shy to entertain yourself or enter your text to the Text-to-Speech converter if you don´t have your microphon handy. Push the huge red play button to listen to your spoken or written message as well as to the pre-recorded messages. Decide now: would you like to distort your voice? Push the arrow button to go on or record another message. Step 3 - Preview: You personal animated message will be created now. After some seconds you can finally watch it! Go on now, give your message a name and send it to one up to 20 friends at the same time or post it on your wall. How many messages can I create?You can create up to 50 messages per day. Where can I watch my animated clip?After generating your message, you can have a preview before sending it. Later on you can watch it on your wall or your friends’ wall, depending where you have published it. Additionally, your message will be saved in your Message Box. There you can watch your clip again and again. What is the Message Box?The Message Box is your personal control panel, where you can organize your messages, save them, re-send them to 20 multiple addresses or create new messages. You can also give them new titles here. Besides, you can create new message that look like the messages you have already sent. How many messages can I keep in my Message Box? You can keep up to 20 already sent messages in your Message Box.

What system requirements do I need to run zoobe? All you need to create your personal message is a internet connection and Can I use zoobe from my smartphone?You can receive a message via Facebook on your smartphone. You cannot create zoobe messages yet. We are already working on iphone and androids apps for that.

How does zoobe protect my data?

At zoobe, we feel responsible for your personal data. This is why we inform you as precisely as possible about what data we need and what we do with it. We need some of your personal details to ensure basic functionality, whilst other items help us with ongoing maintenance and service improvements. In all cases, all details will be used anonymously. zoobe keeps your data confidential and does not share them with third parties.

How does zoobe save my messages?

zoobe will not watch or listen to any of your private messages. We will not share your messages with third parties. We will not analyze the content of your messages. We reserve the right to publish messages you have posted publicly on social platforms like Facebook on our webpage.

Which data is zoobe saving additionally?

If you find us by using a browser, our server automatically saves certain anonymous informations: your inquiry, your interaction with our service, the type of browser you are using, the language of your browser, date and time of your inquiry. We need all that data to improve our service constantly.

• What can I do if my microphone is not working?

If your microphone is not working check if it is switched on. If you use Windows you can change your recording options by clicking on the loudspeaker symbol in the right corner of your desktop. If you use a Mac, you have to activate your microphone by checking your settings.

• I made a mistake - how can I delete my recording?

zoobes deletes your recording automatically if you push the “back”-button. Then, you can start recording again.

• My recording has got interference - what can I do?

Get the right distance between you and the microphone and try it again or try different volumes.
